I know some of these are tough, and some of you readers might recognize my style of interviewing with questions about specific examples, but I find that these questions would give me the best real life picture of what I would be able to expect from the person I'm interviewing. I wouldn't always ask all questions, but I find it a helpful list that allows you to really dive into every day scenarios.
There are a lot more questions in this article, many of them very specific and helpful: https://www.huffingtonpost.com/helen-moon/nanny_b_2147549.html
What am I missing? If you've ever interviewed a nanny, what questions did you ask?
Those questions definitely remind me of interviews at Amazon! :) Tough but super revealing. Good luck with the search.
